The staff was amazing! So friendly and professional as well as hard-working. They remained courteous no matter the time of day/night and were always ready to help my wife and me with anything we could've needed. All facilities were exceptional and very clean. The Breakfast was amazing and the lady who was facilitating the meal did an amazing job and was very kind. Our room was very nice and tidy up on check-in. Everything about our experience at Tru was 5-Star. Thank you to the entire Monroe crew. You rock!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with how clean everything was. My husband said he didn’t really love the breakfast that much though. I liked that they had a sheet that said who cleaned the room. Wifi worked great and we liked that they had Netflix etc available if you wanted to watch on your own account. Everything was very clean and we loved the built in bottles of soap/lotion etc. We would definitely stay there again.

The lady at the front desk jeanne i belive was her name when we arrived was super friendly and made you feel very welcome, it has a 24/7 snack and drinks you can purchase and free coffee and tea all day. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Beds were comfortable and room was super clean, they have a heated indoor pool and a pool table in the lobby as well. Conveniently located and have quite a few places to eat nearby.

Location was perfect - minutes from the beach, close to other destinations we planned to go to. Room was clean & comfortable, and LOVED all the hooks for hanging stuff & keeping our things off the floor! Appreciate the eco-friendly amenities in the bathroom. Water bottle refill station & ice were unexpected but so nice to have - saved us from buying bottled waters to refill our water bottles!

The breakfast was fine. The location was good, along I 75. Only complaint I had was with the internet. When trying to log on, I had to go through a Hilton membership with information I wasn’t comfortable giving. Evening staff did not know how to do it. Finally got it to work. Otherwise the room was spotless and a huge TV.
